While I watched them having a blast, I had one of those moments (which I have every few months) when I couldn't believe that I am actually a mother of 4. Sometimes I still feel like I'm 18, just getting out of school for vacation. Life moves so very fast. Wasn't it just last year that I was pregnant for the first time and lying on the couch counting how many times Sweet Pea moved in an hour? (I was a very nervous woman.) And now I have 4 sweet babies. I am just amazed. When did this all happen?

Are they all mine?
Last week, during Spring Break, the kids and I took a trip to the local canal to throw rocks into the water. As we walked home, they found a fantastic puddle and splashed in it until they were completely soaked. I think Toodles and Snukie even sat down in it for a bit "to rest." Here's a picture of them discussing their next puddle moves.

love the photo. I have two, but would love to have 4 someday...
Wait until they reach their last year of school- Actually-you won't have to wait for long-it happens in the blink of an eye.

you have beautiful children! it must've been fun watching them play in the puddle. i wish i had 4. alas! DH would only have 2!
