Culinary Delights

Lately, I've been seeing a lot of rain outside.

For some reason, whenever it rains, I enjoy cooking. So for T's birthday, I made stuffed shells which he and I enjoyed, but the none of the kids would touch.


And of course, I made the ultimate comfort food, mashed potatoes. Delish.


I'm not the only one who has been trying new ideas in the culinary arena. Little Miss Lyssie attempted something daring today at lunch.


For lack of a better title, I'll simply name it drop-your-apple-on-the-floor-numerous-times-so-to-ensure-a-better-grip-you-stick-it-in-your-sneaker. A culinary masterpiece. Truly.
