Going Going Gone

It's funny how fast life changes. Something that was once routine morphs and becomes a thing of the past. I did this layout with this idea in mind. I think that sometimes we neglect to appreciate those small things that make up our lives. Those small moments that don't seem significant until they are gone. Along with that are dear friends. I miss those walks Debbie!

Journaling: This used to be my everyday at 3 PM. Walking Danika home from school with the F. family. Dani and B. were best friends. I thought that this routine would never end, but we moved to Laveen and now my 3 PM is totally different. It’s funny how life changes like that. 1.08

Techniques: I covered the chipboard butterfly with decorative tape. I distressed the edges of the pattern paper and sewed it in place.

Cardstock: Bazzil

Pattern paper: Luxe

Ink: Ranger

Pens: American Crafts

Buttons: Paper Studio

Ribbon: unknown

Other: chipboard letters: American Crafts; butterfly: Maya Road; Fancy That tape

Just so you know, I'll be a bit spotty on the blogging these next few weeks with caring for sick children and having a new baby. So if I'm missing for a few days or weeks, please forgive me.

ack!!! I saw that lo and my jaw fell to the floor!! Suddenly it was like re-living last year!! =( Now I want to cry! We had a fun routine. The bug bush is still an interest, but not near as much without your crew. Bryant just said to me about a week ago that he really misses D.

I love the procession of pictures from closer up to farther away. Really hits the nail on the head with your journaling. WTG!

MISS YOU GUYS!!!
