Listening and Learning

I wasn't planning on blogging today. That is until I read this quote in Rebecca Sower's blog and I just had to post it here. I want to be a listener like this.

"The purpose of life is to listen - to yourself, to your neighbor, to your world and to God and, when the time comes, to respond in as helpful a way as you can find... from within and without." --Fred Rogers

Isn't that wonderfully inspirational? I think that I'm going to do something creative with this quote so that I can always remember it.

Another inspiration, in a completely unrelated note, are these pictures by fellow Bad Girl Designer, Jeni Boisvert. She recently started her own photography business and this was her first Senior photo shoot. I love the various angles that she chose. It certainly gives one ideas for one's own photos.
