I made this album to document my children's first real experience in snow. Being Arizona born and raised, they are a bit snow-illiterate and it was fun to see them discover something that I consider common because I grew up in the Chicago area.
To color the cover, I used gold Glimmer mist in great abundance. Then I dry brushed with some red acrylic. The letters are Creative Imaginations. I also glimmer misted them because they were originally a very bright blue and I wanted a bit of an antique look. The ribbons are from various unknown sources.
I used Basic Grey, Making Memories and Creative Imaginations as my base, I stamped using Prima and Fancy Pants stamps and added Prima flowers and bling.
The journal spots are from Fancy Pants while the snowflakes are Creative Imaginations, I believe.
I added a few pages of my own making to the chipboard album because I didn't have quite enough space. To do this, I cut my 12x12 sheet of brick Hambly into 6x6 chunks, punched holes and used them to spotlight each child.

You can see better here how I incorporated the transparent pages.

Upon looking at these photos, I realize that I am missing a few. Whoops! At least you can get a good idea of what I did!
