Prima Angelique Line

I did the following projects for my Prima Angelique review on Scrap Friends. These were fun layouts to do. On the first one, in order to do the title, I painted the chipboard cream using acrylic, dry brushed pink and distressed using brown Ranger ink. I love how it turned out. I also sewed a circle around the photo block and around the entire piece to give it a more vintage feel.

Journaling: In life all of the grandest adventures begin with One Step. Elyssa, you have never hesitated to take those first steps, That trait will take you far in this world. You are full of adventure and spirit and I know you’ll be successful because of it.

The next layout was fun because I cut the photo into a different shape. I wanted a funky feel and that is exactly what I got.

Journaling: Zoey and I had a funny conversation last week. I asked her which nickname she preferred and she totally surprised me with her response. Toodles Magee. She asked me to call her Toodles Magee from now on. Of course, I agreed. To sum up at the end, she pleaded, “Mom remember, call me Toodles Magee.”
