Home Grown Layouts

Here are the layouts that I completed using Itty Bitty Scrap Shack's March Kit.

It was fun to work with October Afternoon papers again! I tried to create layouts with different feels so that everyone could see the versatility of the kit.

I used Itty Bitty Scrap Shack’s March kit

Journaling: Danika, Zoey and I had a blast at KdN’s sock hop. We all wore our best outfits and took extra time beautifying before leaving. We danced the night away (until 8 PM) ate popcorn, drank Sprite and chatted about girl things.
Pattern paper: October Afternoon
Stickers: Scenic Route Alpha (added)
Ink: Ranger Walnut stain (added)
Pens: Faber-Castell (added)

Other: Stickles; Prima flowers, beaded wire from Walmart; staples (added)

Used March’s Itty Bitty Scrap Shack Kit
Journaling: Honestly Elyssa! That face has got to be the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen! My goodness girl! Elyssa and Uncle Florin
Pattern paper: October Afternoon, tags
Stamps: Fancy Pants (added)
Stickers: Scenic Route alphabet (added)
Ink: StazOn brown, Ranger walnut stain (added)
Pens: Faber-Castell (added)
Ribbon: unknown manufacturer

Other: 7 Gypsies brads; staples (added)

Used March’s Itty Bitty Scrap Shack kit
Journaling: This is how I remember you at Dane’s baseball game: always supportive, always active, always there for me. Arthur and Isabel M.
Techniques: Stamping
Cardstock: Bazzil (added)
Pattern paper: October Afternoon, the white strip with red designs is from a Martha Stewart card
Stamps: Fancy Pants swirls and Autumn Leaves bird (added)
Ink: Ranger Black Soot, StazOn black (added)
Pens: Faber-Castell (added)

Other: Chipboard letters: Heidi Swapp; Flowers: Prima; Bling: Hero Arts;

I did this with Itty Bitty Scrap Shack’s March kit

Journaling: I love this little boy who loves his BIG TRUCK with all his heart and who asks me very frequently if when he is a bigger boy, he can drive a dump truck at work. To which I reply that he can be anything he wants and he smiles. And I smile.
Techniques: I used glimmer mist on the background cardstock and on the embossed chipboard.
Cardstock: Bazzil (added)
Pattern paper: October Afternoon
Stamps: Sassafrass Lass (added)
Ink: Ranger walnut stain; StazOn black and brown (added)
Pens: Faber-Castell (added)
Buttons: All Dressed Up (added)
Ribbon: unknown manufacturer
Other: Chipboard letters: Heidi Swapp; embossed chipboard: Maya Road; unknown brad arrow; 7 Gypsies brads

I'll post my other projects over the course of the next week. See you then!
