I Have a Dream

I've been wanting to scrap this picture for a few months, but until yesterday night didn't have a solid idea. I took it on Halloween when Snuckie was looking up at me while using my legs to steady herself. It was such a fresh perspective that I wanted to do something fresh with it! I used a kit from SIStv and the Tinkering Ink Botanical Bliss collection that I won on Scrapfriends.

Journaling: I want always to be worthy of your adoring eyes. I want always to be a guide in your life. I want always to be strong so you can steady yourself on me. I want you to know always that I am completely and utterly devoted to you.
Cardstock: Bazzil
Pattern paper: Technique Tuesday
Stamps: Fancy Pants
Stickers: foam butterflies from Joanns
Ink: StazOn, Ranger black soot
Pens: Faber Castell
Rub-ons: Tinkering Ink, MM alphabetOther: Chipboard: Heidi Swapp; vintage playing cards, plastic flowers, orange frame and gaffer tape from SIStv kit unknown manufacturer; felt: Tinkering Ink; Clear bling: Hero Arts, blue blink: Glitz frosting; ATB Tagger gun used to adhere the flowers

I love how this turned out. I used some Fancy Pants stamps as a jumping off point for my doodling and it was so much fun to incorporate all the vintage elements. The smiley face was actually and old playing card that I cut up and placed in the middle of my Tinkering Ink flower.

This is my 1st time on your blog; don't ask me how I missed it from IBSS blog...this page is freaking fabulous! I love how bright it is and the journaling is utterly fantastic! I haven't been paying enough attention to the DTs stuff but will be scraplifting a lot I see!
