Inspiration Tuesday: Scramble Through

You may (or may not) have noticed that I haven't posted much artwork lately. For that I apologize. I would love to share my recent creations with you. However, lately I've been creating for a very specific purpose. It is a grand scheme that may (or may not) pan out into anything, but I've got to give it a go.

Unfortunately, I'm not quite ready to share what I'm doing. The idea is still so fragile: its wings are still weak and wet. Once it grows stronger, I'll shout it from the rooftops and you will certainly be among the first to hear its echos.

This idea is something that I've mulled about for quite some time. At first, I was too nervous to act upon it, but I decided that anxiety for possible failure was no way to live a life: too nervous to pursue a dream. Silly me. I've got absolutely nothing to lose. Nothing.

"The fact is, that to do anything in the world worth doing, we must not stand back shivering and thinking of the cold and danger, but jump in and scramble through as well as we can." --Robert Cushing

I'm jumping in, baby.
